The 2010 Annual Conference Task Force on Children & Poverty has as its Mission Project “Partners in Community.” We will be partnering with Emergency Aid of Boulder City, and they have identified a critical shortage in the following items: shampoo, soap, deodorant, tissues, toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet paper, band aids, etc. During the rest of May and through June 20, the Missions and Outreach Committee will have a box at the back of the sanctuary for anyone to donate any of the these products. The tally will be reported at our Annual Conference. If you would rather donate funds to be used to buy the needed supplies, an offering box on the back table will also be available for cash or checks made out to the church. SO FAR 193 toiletry items & $10 was delivered to Boulder City Emergency Aid, collected as part of the "Partners in Community" drive for the annual conference Task Force on Children & Poverty
